Richards and Swift Roofing was great to work with, Alex Came out and gave us a estimate and he was fantastic. They did a great job on adding instillation in our attic and installing a new roof. Would highly recommend based on Craftsmanship and Price. They were at our house for a day and cleaned up any and all nails or Debris from the yard and flower beds Etc. They even moved patio furniture out of the way and covered some areas so falling debris did not hurt it.

Needed to have our garage roof replaced as a result of many tree limbs falling over time, Jim Swift came out to inspect, he provided a very reasonable replacement quote and we scheduled the work. Weather conditions for typical Michigan February day were not the best when they came. Richards and Swift put a new roof and gutters on my house and garage. They are very professional and efficient. They found and replaced bad boards on my roof and explained why it needed to be done and showed me photos. I felt very confident in their work. Great family business.

Jim Swift (contractor/owner) gave the best estimate out of the three I had for tearing off two old layers of shingles to replacing 30 new boards (from 1958) and new shingles on my house and shed. The coordination was perfect… 6:30am the dumpster arrived. Shortly after about 6 workers along with the materials on a crane vehicle. The whole job was done in one day with the workers cleaning up around 7pm. The dumpster was picked up the next day and my roof looks fantastic! Highly recommended.

A section of shingles blew off our roof this spring. I happened to be driving behind a Richards & Swift Roofing truck on Thursday afternoon and called the number on the truck.
