Richards and Swift put a new roof and gutters on my house and garage. They are very professional and efficient. They found and replaced bad boards on my roof and explained why it needed to be done and showed me photos. I felt very confident in their work. Great family business.

Jim Swift (contractor/owner) gave the best estimate out of the three I had for tearing off two old layers of shingles to replacing 30 new boards (from 1958) and new shingles on my house and shed. The coordination was perfect… 6:30am the dumpster arrived. Shortly after about 6 workers along with the materials on a crane vehicle. The whole job was done in one day with the workers cleaning up around 7pm. The dumpster was picked up the next day and my roof looks fantastic! Highly recommended.

I would like to thank Richard’s & Swift Roofing for replacing my roof. I received 5 other estimates and theirs was, without question, the best and most reasonable price. Their crew showed up on time and completed the job quickly and professionally. The company was also quick to respond to any concerns or questions and I am satisfied with the results of their work. The team tore off an old wood shake roof (home and garage), and installed a beautiful dimensional shingle. The installers showed up early and worked late, finished quickly, and left my property spotless. The owner came by to inspect the workmanship to make sure I was satisfied. The new roof cut the costs of my homeowners insurance substantially.

My mother’s repair on her roof was fixed quickly and for even less then quoted. They even refunded her extra money. Great service, great company highly recommended.

A section of shingles blew off our roof this spring. I happened to be driving behind a Richards & Swift Roofing truck on Thursday afternoon and called the number on the truck. Jim, immediately returned my call. The next day Alex came by and gave us a very reasonable estimate. I called first thing Monday morning to schedule my repair. My roof was fixed by the end of the day! Amazingly fast service! Super friendly. I highly recommend these guys!

Recently we had some shingles blow off our roof from strong winds we were able to retrieve them .. then we googled Richard’s & Swift Roofing & they came out within 2 days & nailed them down … quick service by Jim who also checked the rest of the roof. They finished the work with in 2-3 days. They were on time, they worked all the way through. They also advised me what products to use and it was the best on the market. Jim was great, he was very prompt with coming out and looking at my job and providing an estimate. After talking with (4) other contractors and reviewing their quotes I choose Richards. After the initial quote I added more work to the job and Jim was always easy to contact to talk about the extras I wanted done. We had a complete tear off and re-roof including the roof decking (all plywood was removed and replaced) I also added smart vent to the job because my home has a hip roof and did not breath properly which is why I needed to replace all the roof decking and finally we added new seamless gutters.
